IRS Determination

The Reservoir Hill Association, Inc has been recognized as a 501(c)3 which makes the organization "qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts".  This recognition holds the organization accountable  to our bylaws, fiscal management and  tax reporting.

Reservoir Hill Association By Laws

Bylaws are a written document that explains how an organization is governed and set rules about membership, decision making, and elections. 

The Reservoir Hill Association Bylaws were created by the Steering and Advisory Committees of the Reservoir Hill Association with complete oversight by Reservoir Hill neighbors. The RHA Bylaws were written revised over a period of six months. Bylaws can be amended and updated by the RHA membership according to the amendment rules set in the Bylaws.

The Reservoir Hill Association, Inc. is the formal entity created to conduct business in the State of Maryland. It states the formal intentions of the organization and was the first step towards creating a non profit entity.
